I have met very few organisations that don’t want to provide good service – however I have met a lot that don't know how to get it right every day and a lot more that don't have the capacity to do it.
Without strong and profitable sales it is not possible to finance the required resources, staff, automated service systems, etc to provide and sustain industry-leading service.
