"The CSP training provides a complete end to end template for sales activities, beginning with activities that start before the first contact with the client and extending through to post sales activities.

One of the most enjoyable and valuable exercises on the workshop for me, was role playing prospecting calls to obtain meetings with quality prospects. We no longer dive into selling product features when meeting or talking to a prospect for the first time!

The training has made us more focused on discovering what we need to know during the sales consultancy process to be able to present Return-On-Investment strategies to our clients.

The training has also encouraged us to evaluate our sales efficiency. As a result of this we have become more selective in who we seek to do business with. "I recently attended one of SaleFish's excellent two day CSP workshops in Christchurch. I really enjoyed the fun way the training was presented. The two days flew by!

Most importantly, I have gained a lot of great tools that I am now using in my sales. The sales meetings that I have conducted since attending the training have gone very well!

In the past I have found building the value of my solutions one of the more difficult aspects of the sales process. I find the CSP structured approach to consultative selling provides a simple model to assess 'WHY' clients will want to upgrade to our solutions. The CSP selling framework enables me to assess what clients' current solutions are costing their business, and also enables me to confidently assess the true value of upgrading to the solutions we provide, in time and other cost savings.

Much of the workshop was spent in various role plays. While the role playing was not easy at first, Liam proved to be a great teacher and quickly assisted in making the role playing non pressure and fun.

Although I have known and read about a great number of ‘Sales Courses’ the recent CSP workshop hosted by Accredo is the first in 25 years that I have attended.
